Ask an Illustrator
30-minute Zoom classroom visits and young adult art critiques priced for tight budgets. Students can prepare questions in advance to be answered live, or watch a quick art demonstration. Teens can obtain portfolio reviews in preparation for applying to art school.
School Visits
Each program is tailored to ages and group size and can include: an interactive art activity; a slideshow presentation; examples of Christina’s work tracing her career; a fun book reading; and finish with a Q & A session.
Conferences
Interactive studio intensives covering character development, writing or illustration prompts, sketchbook practices, research, revisions and more. Christina has more than a decade of experience coordinating and leading unique workshops for creative professionals.
Educator Programs
Christina will demonstrate engaging methods for early elementary teachers, media specialists, and other educators to connect her books to cross-curriculum learning opportunities in language arts, social studies, geography, art, and math.
Readings
Book readings and signings are great opportunities for readers to meet the artist and purchase books, prints, or other artwork. All books purchased at events will be personalized with an autographed illustration inside.
